Significant works to deal with rising damp across three ground floor rooms identified in a pre house purchase survey. Team worked diligently in removing the affected damp walls, adding damp protection and French drains and then re plastering. No issues so far, all works completed as expected. The guys that came where all great friendly and knowledgeable and the company itself was great to deal with. I only wanted to do this work once (someone had tried and failed to fix this in the past) and i have full confidence this will be the case.

Absolutely great service. This company is fast responding and keeps you fully up to date on work taken out and planning. They have been fantastic, also taking on more work when requested. The whole service from start to end has been amazing all the lads have cracked on and completed all work to a great standard and after work was complete a follow up call was received to ask how the job went and if we are fully satisfied that all work has been completed and we are happy. We had an issue with rising damp so rang tyne tees damp proofing. The service and advice we received was excellent beginning with Graeme the surveyor . Each member of staff was extremely helpful , Dan, Ellie and Margaret . The workmen Kevin and Ian were so professional, they did an excellent job , were very tidy and completed the work to a top class standard . We would definitely recommend this firm to anyone . Great company to deal with. Rang and a surveyor was with us in a couple if days. Damp assessed and appointment arranged to get the work done. Tracy is excellent to deal with at the office and the two chaps who came to do the work were lovely. It was completed in a day, very tidy and the mess was minimal. Thank you!!
